Yoga for Pregnancy & Birth is a two-hour workshop for pregnant women and pregnant folk looking to create a positive birth experience.

In this warm and inclusive space, we will explore movement and mindfulness practices that will support you through pregnancy, labour, birth, early parenting and beyond.
Immersing in this workshop will give you time and space to experience:

On-point, childbirth education

Contemporary Yoga for Pregnancy & Birth - to help you stabilise, balance and align your pelvis and support optimal fetal positioning;

Somatic pelvic floor practice - to support life-long pelvic floor integrity;

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy - evidence-based practices to nourish your nervous system;

Traditional Chinese Medicine - acupressure points for pregnancy, labour and postnatal support.

These trauma-informed workshops are grounded in compassion and respect, emphasising safety, empowerment, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation:

Breathe for Birth is the seamless integration of my signature Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth with inspiring and on-point childbirth education. Breathe for Birth is all about consciously connecting with your child; learning practical ways to move and breathe - to lean into the intensity of childbirth; to help you birth with dignity and grace in any setting.
mindful birth preparation workshop for birthing partners
A half-day workshop for pregnant women/ pregnant folk and their partners looking to create a positive birth experience. These sessions are the perfect way to build upon the skills learned in the Mindful Pregnancy Confident Birth Workshop and share them with your birthing partner.
In this warm and inclusive space, we will explore mindfulness practices that will support you through pregnancy, labour, birth, early parenting and beyond.
As birthing partners embarking on your own unique pregnancy, birth and parenting journey, experience meaningful ways to:

Be present to your birthing partner's needs;

Mindfulness practices to help you create calm in any setting;

Ways to consciously make decisions and communicate your birth choices;

Ways to work positively with your carers and the birth setting;

Offer your birthing partner purposeful and welcome bodywork to relieve discomforts of pregnancy and lean into the intensity of labour;

Be the guardian of the golden hour and the fourth trimester;

Attend to self-care.
