Counselling and Therapeutic Support in Your Home Care Package
Home Care Packages can include counselling services. Counselling is recognised as an allied health service and of therapeutic support; as such counselling can be funded through your home care package to meet your assessed care needs. This may include psychological counselling, stress management support, or other therapeutic activities that promote your emotional well-being.
Your Home Care Package funds can be used for a range of allied health and therapeutic services to support your emotional and mental well-being.
How It Works - Your provider will assess your needs and determine if counselling services are included as part of your individual care plan. Your provider will work with you to arrange and fund these services as part of your Home Care Package. Once assessment has been made, you can book an initial call with me to discuss your care needs.
